Tell me about your desiring-machines

In my class today we’re going to discuss Guy Debord’s essay on the Watts Rebellion, “The Decline and Fall of the Spectacle-Commodity Economy,” as well as take a look at the timeline of the May ’68 protests in France and talk about the first eight pages of Anti-Oedipus. I’m going to show the class this video at the beginning, then put the screen up, turn on the lights and just say, “tell me about your desiring-machines.”
