2030 Eighth Ave.

As I mentioned in my last post, downtown and SLU are spilling into the Denny Triangle area. This tower will be across the street from Amazon’s new headquarters, and is about two blocks south of the “front door” to SLU.

From the DJC:

“Blaine Weber, a senior principal with the project architect Weber Thompson [located in SLU] of Seattle…said the apartments will be larger than many constructed lately in downtown Seattle or that are in the pipeline — units generally geared toward Generation Y. “This is more of an upscale project.”
Here’s what the site looks like now from about the same angle. The Enterprise sign you  see in the street view image is unfortunately left out of the rendering, but it did appear in a previous post.
